At Tixportal.net, we strive to provide high-quality educational programmes and event management services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued.


1. Courses and Educational Programmes

1.1 Digital/Online Courses

Full Refund (100%) – Available within:

  • 7 days of purchase

  • Provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed

  • Request submitted via support@tixportal.net

Partial Refund (50%) – Available within:

  • 14 days of purchase

  • Provided less than 50% of course content has been accessed

  • Request submitted via support@tixportal.net

No Refund:

  • After 14 days of purchase

  • If more than 50% of course content has been accessed

  • If course completion certificate has been issued

1.2 Physical Courses (In-Person Training)

Full Refund (100%) – Available if:

  • Cancellation requested at least 14 days before course start date

Partial Refund (50%) – Available if:

  • Cancellation requested 7-13 days before course start date

No Refund – If:

  • Cancellation requested less than 7 days before course start date

  • Course has already commenced


2. Event Management Services

2.1 Service Deposits

Full Refund:

  • If we are unable to provide the service

  • If cancellation is requested within 7 days of deposit payment

No Refund:

  • If cancellation is requested after project planning has commenced

  • If specific resources have been booked or allocated

2.2 Full Service Payments

Full Refund (100%):

  • Cancellation requested at least 30 days before event date

  • If we are unable to fulfill the service

Partial Refund (50%):

  • Cancellation requested 15-29 days before event date

  • Excludes non-refundable vendor deposits

No Refund:

  • Cancellation requested less than 15 days before event date

  • If event has already taken place


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an Email to support@tixportal.net

  2. Include Your Information:

    • Full name

    • Order number/Invoice number

    • Course name or service description

    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for refund request

  3. Processing Time:

    • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days

    • We will respond to your request within 48 hours

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom event planning services already rendered

  • Course materials that have been downloaded

  • Professional services fees

  • Third-party vendor costs (unless refunded by the vendor)

  • Administrative fees

  • Shipping and handling charges

Note: Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Course Transfers

If you cannot attend or complete a course:

  • Transfer to Another Course: Allowed once, subject to availability

  • Transfer to Another Person: Allowed if approved by us in writing

  • Course Rescheduling: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees


7. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses/events due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Health emergencies

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • Option to transfer to a rescheduled date

  • Option to transfer to a different course

  • No refunds for event cancellation beyond our control


8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer:

  • Partial refunds

  • Course credits

  • Alternative solutions


9. Payment Plan Refunds

If you are on a payment plan:

  • Payments already made are subject to this Refund Policy

  • You remain responsible for all payments until cancellation is approved

  • No refund for processing/administrative fees


10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
